I would have stayed longer, the property met all my needs. The units are modern and air conditioned, with plenty of supplies like central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. The staff is responsive, flexible, and accommodates all guests' needs.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect and stunning, so close to the old town for a couple of nights, the Sea Organ, and the city center. I'm satisfied with food at Restaurant Kastel, that is placed 300 metres away.

The room was charming little and air conditioned included WiFi and climate control. Location: the hotel was really close to the center of old town, and the Sea Organ;))

The location was mind-blowing - so convenient to the old town! The room, though small, was super comfortable and clean. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us jaw-dropping advice. The modern amenities like wi-fi and a flat-screen TV were a cherry on top.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Rooms Patricija for a few nights. The hosts, Patricia and her son, were extremely kind and accommodating. They quickly provided us with a larger fridge upon request. The location of the hotel is excellent, and although the free parking is a bit of a walk , it wasn't a problem for us. The communication with the hosts was flawless, and they even let us leave our luggage after check-out due to a boat trip. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was great, and everything matched the photos perfectly. The neighborhood is calm and lovely, and despite a bigger group staying next to us, there was no noise disturbance. The proximity to the sea, just a minute's walk away, made it a safe and enjoyable place to explore the old town. I would definitely return and recommend this place to others.

I got great value for my money and the room was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town but on a quiet street. The staff treated me with kindness and made check-in a breeze.
The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.
